Caswell-Nash Chapter is located in Raleigh, NC, although the chapter has members in neighboring counties and elsewhere in North Carolina and the United States. Raleigh was established in 1792 as the state capital. Centrally located in the state, Raleigh is an ideal area in which to live and work. |
| Besides being
the seat of state government with its associated offices, Raleigh is the
home of the North Carolina Museum of Art, the North Carolina Museum of
History, the State Archives, the North Carolina Museum of Natural
Sciences, Exploris Museum, North Carolina State University, Peace College,
Meredith College, Shaw University, and St. Augustine?s College. |
