If you are seeking information or have any questions about the Richard Clinton Chapter NSDAR, please Contact Us! using the button on the left. We welcome prospective members at all of our meetings which take place at 11:30 a.m. on the second Tuesday of each month from September through November and January through May of each year. December's meeting is an ice cream social for veterans.

How to Join

Any woman, age 18 and over, who can prove she is a descendant of a patriot of the American Revolution can join. Our members can help you locate the necessary proof if you think you are eligible but do not have documentation. You can go to the National Society DAR membership page for more information.

Who is a Patriot?

A Patriot is anyone who supported the cause for American Independence. This might be someone who served in a government position (such as a juror), someone who served in the military, or someone who gave material aid to troops or the government. Many patriots are already documented, but some are not.

Listed below are names, ranks, and states of service for ancestors of the Richard Clinton Chapter, NSDAR, members. This list includes our patriot ancestors who contributed to American independence through military, civil, or patriotic service. (Please note that the information below does not constitute proof of lineage and cannot be used in place of record copy.)
